  1. Mix everything in a bowl to make a soft and smooth dough ball. It should NOT be sticky. Add more flour if it is

  2. Use your hands to shape the dough and use a knife to mark a criss-cross on top

  3. Air fry on air fry or bake mode on 180C for 10 mins (if using self raising/plain flour) or 15 mins (if using wholemeal flour) or oven bake for 20 mins
