  1. Make the dough by mixing warm milk, instant dry yeast, sugar, and an egg.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, and add the yeast mixture along with water and butter. Knead to form a smooth dough.

  3. For the filling, sauté butter, garlic, onion, and green chilies. Add boiled corn, bell peppers, shredded chicken, and spices. Cook until the mixture thickens.

  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a square shape. Place the chicken filling on one half and fold the other half over to create a crescent shape.

  5. Brush the shaped breads with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and let them proof.

  6. Bake the breads at 180°C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

  7. Brush the baked breads with melted butter.
