In a bowl, add plain flour, 0% Greek yogurt, and seasonings, mix into clumps and knead into a dough ball
On a floured surface, roll out your dough ball and slice into eight equal pieces
Flatten each piece into a circle and place on a baking tray
Add pizza sauce, low-fat cheese, and turkey or beef pepperoni to each circle
Fold over the other half to create a bun shape
Add more pizza sauce and low-fat cheese on top
Top with additional slices of pepperoni
Bake in the oven until golden brown
