Smoky Chicken Traybake
  1. Mix the harissa, honey, smoked paprika, oregano, the juice of ½ an orange and a good pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Pre heat the oven to 200 fan. Chuck the chicken into a baking tray and drizzle over the marinade. Toss together.

  3. Slice up the remaining oranges and add to the traybake, tucking them in and around the chicken. Add the red onion and garlic. Drizzle over the olive oil and roast for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is falling off the bone. Scatter over the pine nuts and parsley and serve immediately.
