No bake oat snack bars
  1. Grease or line a baking tin.

  2. Over medium heat, add the strawberries, chia seeds, and maple syrup to the pan.

  3. Bring to boil on medium high and then turn down heat to medium low to allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes. Stir every few minutes and slightly mash the strawberries.

  4. In a bowl mix all the remaining ingredients together. The mixture should hold together. If too dry slowly add more peanut butter. If too wet, add more oat flour slowly.

  5. Reserve about a ¼ cup of the mixture (for the topping).

  6. Pour the remaining mixture into a baking tin and use your fingers to really press it together.

  7. Pour over the strawberry mixture, spread evenly.

  8. Crumble on the remaining oat mixture.

  9. Refrigerate until set.
