Nacho Fuentes' Homemade Caesar Salad
  1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

  2. In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, anchovy fillets (if using), lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve immediately.
