Poached Eggs
  1. Put a pot of water to boil

  2. In a container, pour a base of vinegar

  3. Gently crack the eggs in

  4. Leave the eggs in the vinegar until the water boils, about 6-7 minutes

  5. Pour quickly and close to the water the eggs and the vinegar, in the boiling water

  6. Cook for about 2 minutes after boiling

  7. Remove impurities that appear on the surface

  8. Gently stir the eggs

  9. Put the eggs in cold water if you want to eat them later or lukewarm if you want to eat them right away
