Heart Chocolate Digestive Biscuits
  1. Blend the date with water until smooth

  2. Pour the date mixture into a bowl with chia seeds and mix well

  3. Set aside for 20 minutes to thicken

  4. Blend the mixed nuts until they resemble crumbs

  5. Empty the nuts into a bowl and break down further with a fork or fingers

  6. Add a pinch of salt to the nuts

  7. Add the chia mixture to the nuts and mix until well combined and dough-like

  8. Take a golf ball-sized piece of mixture and flatten using parchment paper and the base of a glass

  9. Shape into hearts or rounds as desired

  10. Prick with a fork

  11. Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes

  12. Let cool completely

  13. Optional: Melt dark chocolate, spread 1 teaspoon over each cookie, add rose petals and a pinch of salt, and let set
