Preheat over to 180°C, 350°F.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Blend all wet ingredients (only for 10 seconds)
Combine wet into dry and fold into a thick brownie batter.
Pour into a lined baking tray.
Bake for 12-15 minutes depending on how fudgy you want them.
Let cool completely so they set (best out of the fridge), then cut and demolish.
