Keto Rolls
  1. Keto rolls fresh out of the oven... yum... It's ¼ cup cream cheese, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, melt this in 30 second increments in the microwave, then add 1 & ½ cups of almond flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 2 eggs.

  2. Mix well when it forms a ball, pinch out 12 balls and place onto parchment paper or silicone mat.

  3. Beat one egg for an egg wash and cover the rolls with a basting brush.

  4. Bake on 350 for 25 mins until golden brown.
