Doner Kebab
  1. Place the lamb mince into a bowl along with the herbs and spices, mix well then shape into a log which fits inside of your air fryer drawer, wrap tightly in foil.

  2. Leave to marinade, overnight is best but even an hour will do wonders for the flavour.

  3. When ready to cook, place inside your air fryer drawer and cook for 40 minutes set at 160c.

  4. Carefully remove from the foil, then pop on top of the crisp plate and return uncovered to the air fryer drawer.

  5. Increase the heat to 200c and cook for further 10 minutes, turning half-way through.

  6. Make sure the meat reaches an internal temperature of at least 75c.

  7. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving.

  8. If you like your Donor meat extra crispy, then you can return the sliced meat to the air fryer drawer and cook for further five minutes.

  9. Serve the sliced doner along with some salad on top of a flat bread or pitta, dress with some mint yoghurt, garlic mayonnaise and lashings of chilli sauce.
