Gluten Free Banana Bread
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.

  2. In a large bowl combine sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and mashed banana, then stir until well combined.

  3. Add eggs and mix.

  4. Add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth batter forms and everything is incorporated.

  5. Scrape the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean - around 45 to 50 minutes.
