Ham And Cheese Quiche
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Fit the pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate (not deep dish). Fold the edges of the crust under and crimp as you like. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, mustard, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Add the ham and cheddar cheese. Pour the mixture into your pie crust.

  5. Cover the pie crust with tin foil so it won't burn.

  6. Place the quiche in the oven to bake for 40 to 45 minutes until puffed around the edges and the center is set.

  7. Let cool on the baking sheet for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
