Almond Rose Chia Seed Lassi (yogurt Drink)
  1. Soak chia seeds in 1 cup water overnight or a couple of days in advance, then refrigerate

  2. Blend almonds, ice cubes, rose water, sugar, and yogurt until smooth

  3. Add the soaked chia seed mixture to the lassi

  4. Mix well with a spoon

  5. Pour into glasses and serve chilled
