Chicken Parmesan Orzo Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Stir together chicken stock, marinara sauce, orzo, heavy cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a 3-quart casserole dish until combined.

  3. Cover tightly with foil and bake until orzo is al dente, 35 to 40 minutes.

  4. Fold in chicken until combined.

  5. Sprinkle mozzarella over the top.

  6. In a small bowl, stir together breadcrumbs and Parmesan until combined; sprinkle mixture over mozzarella.

  7. Return to the oven and bake, uncovered, until lightly browned and sauce is bubbling, 12 to 14 minutes.

  8. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.

  9. Garnish with basil and serve.
