Mini Chicken Pot Pies
  1. Add onions and garlic to a butter pan

  2. Mix in flour to make a roux

  3. Add chicken broth to the roux

  4. Add frozen veggies and shredded rotisserie chicken

  5. Add heavy cream

  6. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt and pepper

  7. Allow to simmer and then let cool

  8. Cut pie crust into circles

  9. Add filling to the crust, top with cheese and another crust piece

  10. Crimp the sides closed with a fork

  11. Brush with egg wash

  12. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes
