Add onions and garlic to a butter pan
Mix in flour to make a roux
Add chicken broth to the roux
Add frozen veggies and shredded rotisserie chicken
Add heavy cream
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt and pepper
Allow to simmer and then let cool
Cut pie crust into circles
Add filling to the crust, top with cheese and another crust piece
Crimp the sides closed with a fork
Brush with egg wash
Bake at 400F for 25 minutes
