Cottage Cheese Cloud Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.

  3. In another bowl, combine yolks, blended cottage cheese, salt, and cornstarch.

  4. Gently fold whipped egg whites into yolk mixture in batches without deflating.

  5. Spoon mixture into 6 even mounds on baking sheet.

  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and firm to touch.

  7. Cool completely on wire rack before serving.
