No-bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars
  1. Prepare pan: Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.

  2. Cream peanut butter and honey: In a medium sized mixing bowl, stir together 1 cup creamy peanut butter and ½ cup honey. Add a dash of vanilla and salt, if desired.

  3. Add oats and chocolate chips: Add in 2 ½ oats and ½ cup mini chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.

  4. Spread in pan: Spread evenly into prepare pan and chill for 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Cut into 16 squares and serve.
