Creamy Seafood Stuffed Shells (ultra-comfort Version)
  1. Boil the jumbo shells in well-salted water until just al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly so they’re easy to fill.

  2. In a bowl, combine: Shrimp, Crab, Ricotta, Cream cheese, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, Salt and pepper, A splash of cream. Mix gently until creamy and well combined. Set aside.

  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute until lightly golden. Slowly whisk in cream and milk until smooth. Add Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Simmer 2–3 minutes until thick and silky.

  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Stuff each shell generously with the seafood filling and arrange in the dish. Pour remaining sauce over the shells.

  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top.

  6. Let rest 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve warm with garlic bread or a simple salad.
