3 Ingredient Chickpea Chocolate Bark
  1. Preheat airfryer to 390 for 3 minutes.

  2. Place prepared chickpeas in a bowl and drizzle with oil and salt. Stir to coat and place in the air fryer. Air fry for approximately 15 minutes shaking the basket every few minutes to ensure even frying. Chickpeas should be crispy. Keep air frying until you reach desired crispiness. Set aside to cool. They will crisp up more as they cool.

  3. Melt chocolate until smooth. Add almond butter to chocolate and stir to combine.

  4. Place parchment onto a cookie sheet.

  5. Add cooled chickpeas to chocolate mixture and stir to coat. Spread evenly onto parchment paper.

  6. Place into the freezer for 1 hour or until fully set. Sprinkle with maldon salt.

  7. Break into pieces using a sharp knife. Store in the freezer.
