Add 1-2 tbsp of Bachan’s into the ground pork then mix.
Form into ⅓ pound patties then season the outside with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Slice the pineapple into 1 inch thick pieces then season with Bachan’s Original BBQ Sauce.
Slice the red onion then cook them in a skillet for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Grill the pork over direct heat on the grill for 3-4 minutes each side.
Move the patties indirect of the heat until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
Grill the sliced pineapple for 2 minutes each side until caramelized on each side.
Mix together a 50/50 blend of sriracha and mayo.
Toast the inside of the brioche bun on the grill.
Assemble the burger with the grilled pork burger, grilled pineapple, cooked red onions, Bachan’s Original then add the top of the bun with Sriracha Mayo.
