Start by preparing your sauce using the listed ingredients and set aside.
Prepare your garlic, ginger, and green onions (separating the white/greens).
Heat up 2 tbsps sesame oil in a pan on medium/high.
Add in your green onions (whites), garlic and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add in your beef and cook all the way through. Drain fat.
Back on the heat, pour in your sauce and let simmer on medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until sauce thickens.
