Spicy Beef Rice Bowl
  1. Start by preparing your sauce using the listed ingredients and set aside.

  2. Prepare your garlic, ginger, and green onions (separating the white/greens).

  3. Heat up 2 tbsps sesame oil in a pan on medium/high.

  4. Add in your green onions (whites), garlic and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes.

  5. Add in your beef and cook all the way through. Drain fat.

  6. Back on the heat, pour in your sauce and let simmer on medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until sauce thickens.

  7. Serve over a bed of jasmine rice, carrots, and cucumbers.

  8. Top with green onions (greens), chili crisp, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
