Aloo Bhorta w/ Gorom Bhaat
  1. Boil 4 potatoes, meanwhile fry 2 dried red chillies in mustard oil. Remove and keep aside.

  2. Fry 1 large sliced onion till golden and also add 1 green chilli finely chopped.

  3. Remove in a bowl. Now mash the potatoes really well. Crush the chilli, Add fried onion, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp mustard oil.

  4. Mix it really well and serve this with warm rice, Spoon of ghee and 1 green chilli.
