Crush saffron threads and add ice cubes, let them melt to release deep color
Mix saffron water into hot cooked rice with a small slice of butter, cover and rest for a few minutes
In a food processor, blend onion, garlic, serrano/jalapeño, and parsley
Add blended mixture to minced chicken along with spices and mix well
Spread chicken mixture evenly in a greased pan with uniform thickness
Add vegetables to the same pan or bake separately
Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes or until fully cooked
Broil for 3-4 minutes until golden and slightly charred
Mix yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and extra-virgin olive oil until smooth for the sauce
