  1. Mix everything in a baking dish and bake at 200C for 20mins.

  2. In the meantime cook 3 servings of pasta of your choice.

  3. Add the roasted ingredients with the water and lemon juice to a blender and blend until smooth.

  4. Mix the sauce with pasta and serve.
