Mix in condensed milk, powdered sugar, unsalted butter, milk, and vanilla essence
Divide the base batter into 5 portions for different variations
For Butterscotch: Add yellow color, butterscotch essence, and butterscotch crunches to one portion
For Double Chocolate: Add cocoa powder, milk, and chocolate pieces to one portion
For Red Velvet: Add cocoa powder, red color, and white choco chips to one portion
For Biscoff: Add nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, clove powder, biscoff spread, and crushed biscoff biscuits to one portion
For Lemon Poppy: Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and black poppy seeds to one portion
Pour each flavored batter into prepared cake pans
Bake until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean
