Jew-ish Bánh Mì
  1. Mix vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard seeds and dill. Add carrot, cucumber, radish and chilli - leave 20–30 mins

  2. Season chicken breasts

  3. Coat chicken: flour → egg → breadcrumbs and sesame seeds, pressing crumbs in well

  4. Fry chicken 3–4 mins per side until golden and crispy

  5. Drain chicken and finish with salt and squeeze of lemon

  6. Make the mayo by mixing mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pickle brine, lemon squeeze and pepper until smooth and tangy

  7. Spread a thin layer of mayo on baguette

  8. Add a generous but even layer of chopped liver

  9. Slice schnitzel and layer inside

  10. Top with pickled vegetables

  11. Finish with coriander and chilli

  12. Drizzle with sriracha
