Thai Red Curry Dumplings
  1. In a baking dish, whisk together the curry paste, sesame oil, light soy sauce, fish sauce, ginger and garlic paste, sugar and coconut milk until fully combined

  2. Add a handful of baby spinach, then place the dumplings on top

  3. Use a spoon to coat the dumplings with the curry sauce

  4. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until bubbling and heated through

  5. Add your toppings and enjoy
