In a baking dish, whisk together the curry paste, sesame oil, light soy sauce, fish sauce, ginger and garlic paste, sugar and coconut milk until fully combined
Add a handful of baby spinach, then place the dumplings on top
Use a spoon to coat the dumplings with the curry sauce
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until bubbling and heated through
