Healthy Protein Waffle Recipe
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until batter is smooth.

  2. Pour batter into a heated waffle iron that has been sprayed with cooking spray. I would not recommend using a natural cooking spray, as these waffles can easily stick. Cook until waffle is completely cooked. (my waffle automatically beeps when waffle is ready)

  3. Enjoy with your favorite toppings! I love Greek yogurt, pancake syrup, pecans and fresh fruit.
