  1. Saute veg until leeks are tender

  3. Slowly whisk in milk, once incorporated whisk in cream

  4. Cook for 3 minutes until thickened

  5. Add fish, zest, herbs, stir in well and turn off heat

  6. Make mashed potato as seen

  7. Assemble and bake at 375f for 35 minutes or until golden brown
