Grab a jumbo frankfurter, put a skewer in the middle then using a knife, go around the hot dog at a 45 degree angle, then remove the skewer
In a pan over med high heat, add oil and fry the sliced onions until they start to brown
Add curry powder, chinese satay sauce and give it a mix
Once combined, add the sliced curry block cube and let it melt and mix
Add water, dashi powder, mirin, soy sauce and rice cakes into a pan and bring to a boil, cook for 2 mins
Add the coconut milk and buldak sauce (adjust to taste), noodles and cook for 3 mins (it continues to cook in the pan otherwise cook until done to your liking then pour into a different plate)
Once cooked, top with fried sausage, the cooked crispy fried chicken and spring onions
