  4. Shape the dough into a rack of lamb shape.

  5. Prepare the marinade by combining vegetable broth, soy sauce, olive oil, and assorted herbs and spices.

  6. Place the seitan rack in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it is fully submerged.

  7. Allow it to marinate for at least one hour.

  8. For roasting, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and roast for approximately 30 minutes.

  9. For grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
