Honey Butter Tofu Crumble
  1. Preheat oven to 425F

  2. Fully dry 2x 350g blocks of extra firm or pressed tofu with paper towel, then crumble into small pieces

  3. Season and toss the tofu with paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper

  4. Spread tofu evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 425F for 20 minutes or until golden

  5. Let tofu cool

  6. Melt butter with honey and chili crisp

  7. Toss the cooled tofu with the butter honey mixture

  8. Serve with rice, on salads or in wraps
