Roasted Grapes (Amber)
  1. Preheat oven to 425 (unless you already have sweet potatoes in the oven, then just put them in when you are ready to flip the potatoes)

  2. Take the desired amount of grapes off their stems and lay them in a single layer on a sheet pan. Drizzle olive oil and sherry vinegar over the top. Sprinkle dry thyme and salt all over. Use your hands to roll them all around to coat in everything.

  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until most have popped a bit and look roasted

  4. Serve with labne. I spread labne on the platter and then top with a combo of za’atar and olive oil and then topped with the grapes. This can be served with bread, crackers, etc.
