Homemade Banana Pudding
  1. Make the pudding/custard by combining the ½ cup sugar, ⅓ cup flour + 1 tbsp, ½ tsp salt, and 4 egg yolks.

  2. Add the 2 cups of whole milk and 1 tsp of Vanilla extract, then cook until thickened.

  3. Make the meringue by blending the 4 egg whites until frothy, then add ¼ tsp cream of tartar to make it fluffier.

  4. Add ¼ cup sugar and 1 tsp Vanilla extract after blending, then fold the meringue into the pudding.

  5. Layer the pudding, sliced bananas, and Nilla Wafers in a dish.
