Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
Add the chopped tomatoes, green chili, grated ginger and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and scramble them, stirring frequently, until cooked through.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
