Mix lean ground beef with 1 egg, salt, and black pepper
Divide beef mixture into 6 equal balls and flatten into patties
Mix all burger sauce ingredients (mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickles, onion, black pepper, paprika) in a bowl
Melt light butter in a small bowl and mix with diced garlic and chopped parsley
Spread garlic butter on burger buns and toast in a pan on medium heat until golden brown
Add cooking spray to a pan and cook burger patties on high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side until crispy
Layer cheese on top of cooked patties
Assemble burgers by layering shredded lettuce, burger patties, burger sauce, and top bun
