Garlic Bread Cheeseburgers
  1. Mix lean ground beef with 1 egg, salt, and black pepper

  2. Divide beef mixture into 6 equal balls and flatten into patties

  3. Mix all burger sauce ingredients (mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickles, onion, black pepper, paprika) in a bowl

  4. Melt light butter in a small bowl and mix with diced garlic and chopped parsley

  5. Spread garlic butter on burger buns and toast in a pan on medium heat until golden brown

  6. Add cooking spray to a pan and cook burger patties on high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side until crispy

  7. Layer cheese on top of cooked patties

  8. Assemble burgers by layering shredded lettuce, burger patties, burger sauce, and top bun

  9. Serve and enjoy
