Preheat oven to 180ºC.
Into a 15cm x 20cm oven-proof dish, crack the eggs and whisk with a fork. Add the milk, maple syrup, vanilla and orange juice and mix to combine.
Add in the oats, chia seeds, LSA and orange zest and mix to combine. Top with mixed berries, pressing them down to disperse through the mixture. Sprinkle over almonds and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and the mixture is set through.
To make the orange yoghurt, combine all ingredients into a small bowl and mix to combine. Serve the baked oats hot or cold with a good dollop of orange yoghurt.
