Ground Beef Stroganoff
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook noodles according to package directions. Once cooked, set a side for later.

  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef until all the pink is removed, drain and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook, stirring constantly for about 2 minutes.

  4. Add beef broth to the paste and whisk continuously to remove any lumps. Continue to stir until the sauce starts to thicken.

  5. Slowly whisk in milk and continue to simmer over medium until sauce once again thickens.

  6. Stir in salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to the sauce.

  7. Reduce heat to low. Stir in the egg noodles and ground beef.

  8. Stir in sour cream and mix until everything is incorporated.

  9. Serve with your favorite vegetable or garlic toast.
