High Protein Yogurt Fruit Dip
  1. For the chocolate and vanilla flavors, add all ingredients to a bowl.

  2. Whisk until completely smooth.

  3. Taste and adjust flavors as desired. For the chocolate, you may want a bit more honey since the cocoa adds some bitterness.

  4. Cut the tops of the strawberries and add to a blender with all ingredients.

  5. Blend until smooth.

  6. Taste and adjust flavors as desired. This one will be a bit thinner in consistency than the others because of the strawberries.

  7. Unfortunately, just the strawberry jam didn't add a rich enough flavor, so the fresh strawberries really help!

  8. Serve with fresh fruit (I love grapes, pineapple, apples, peaches and strawberries) or graham crackers and pretzels.
