Cinnamon Swirl Loaf
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

  3. Add egg, milk and vegetable oil. Blend until combined

  4. In a smaller separate bowl make your swirl with cinnamon, sugar and milk.

  5. Grease a loaf pan and pour in half the batter. Top with half of the cinnamon swirl and use a knife to swirl it into the batter

  6. Top with the rest of the batter and more swirl.

  7. Top with a sprinkle of the topping (brown sugar and cinnamon)

  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes

  9. Once completely cooled top with your vanilla glaze
