Chop onions finely, squeeze out all water and add to chopper
Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, coriander, chicken, kabab masala, desi ghee/butter, chicken powder and salt
Mix baking soda in lemon juice, add to chopper and chop until smooth and slightly sticky
Give coal smoke for 2-3 minutes
Rest mixture in refrigerator for 30 minutes
