Moist & Juicy Chicken Seekh Kababs
  1. Chop onions finely, squeeze out all water and add to chopper

  2. Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, coriander, chicken, kabab masala, desi ghee/butter, chicken powder and salt

  3. Mix baking soda in lemon juice, add to chopper and chop until smooth and slightly sticky

  4. Give coal smoke for 2-3 minutes

  5. Rest mixture in refrigerator for 30 minutes

  6. Grease hands, make crackless balls, shape on skewers and mark impressions, seal the ends properly

  7. Fry on greased pan on medium low heat until golden and cooked through, flipping from all sides
