Mojo Rojo – Canarian Pepper Sauce
  1. Drizzle pepper and garlic with olive oil and bake at 200C/400F for 25mins (or air fry for 15mins).

  2. Then peel and add to a food processor.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

  4. Store in the fridge up to 4 days.
