Coleslaw Ingredients
Place pork shoulder in crock pot and drizzle olive oil over it.
Add seasonings, garlic, and brown sugar to meat and rub in.
Pour apple cider vinegar and chicken broth over pork, then add bbq sauce. Mix well.
Slice onion and pace under pork.
Cover crockpot with lid and cook for 4-6 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low.
While pork is cooking, combine all ingredients to make coleslaw.
Once pork is finished cooking, remove lid and shred pork.
Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally. Add pulled pork and coleslaw.
