Pre heat the oven at 180°C, grease and line the pans with parchment paper
Beat butter, oil, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy
Whisk eggs and add into the batter, keep scraping the sides in between
Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl
Alternatively add flour and milk to the batter, starting and ending with dry ingredients, keep scraping in between
Line the pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean at 170°C
