Kafta On Pita (kafta Al Khebze)
  1. Prepare your meat mixture by mixing all the ingredients together

  2. 600 g ground beef - ⅓ chopped parsley - 1 medium grated onion - 1 tsp each: SaltPepper,Onion Powder,Paprika,Cumin - 1 tbsp olive oil

  3. Thinly and evenly spread the mixture on pita bread

  4. Bake in the oven at 400F for 8-10 minutes or until the bread is crispy and meat is cooked

  5. Make a simple parsley salad as a topping

  6. ½ sliced red onion - ⅔ chopped parsley - 1 tbsp sumac

  7. Assemble the pita with the toppings of your choice (Traditionally garlic sauce, pickles and the parsley salad)

  8. Pickles - Garlic Sauce
