Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, cooking until spinach is wilted.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
Toss in the cooked spaghetti and mix until well coated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
