Seeded Wholemeal Rolls
  1. Use a spoon or dough scraper to mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

  2. Pour in the water and olive oil and stir together using the spoon or dough scraper.

  3. Bring the mixture to a ball of dough using your hands lightly.

  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for ten minutes.

  5. Roll the dough into a fat sausage shape and divide it into 10 even-sized pieces.

  6. Form each piece into a smooth, round ball and place them on a baking tray to rise for one hour.

  7. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.

  8. Allow the rolls to cool on a rack after baking.
