Hash Brown Casserole
  1. Chop 1 pound of ham into cubes

  2. Chop one large yellow onion into bigger pieces

  3. Add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic and let it become fragrant

  4. Add 24 ounce container of low fat cottage cheese and cook on low heat until all curds have melted

  5. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika

  6. Add 2 bags of Simply Potatoes shredded hash browns and mix everything together

  7. Smooth everything out in the casserole dish

  8. Add 1.5 cups of shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese on top

  9. Bake at 350°F until the top is golden brown
