Mac N Cheese Loaded Simply Chicken Burger
  1. Heat a splash of oil in a frying pan. Fry the burgers off for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure they’re evenly cooked and golden brown in colour. Ensure they are cooked throughout before removing from the pan. Set aside.

  2. Heat the mac and cheese in the microwave/oven as per packet instructions.

  3. Lay out the base of the burger bun. Add a generous spoonful of BBQ sauce followed by all the gherkins your heart desires!

  4. Now lay one of the burgers on top followed by the cheese slice then the other burger.

  5. Spoon the mac n cheese over the burger before placing the burger bun on the top.

  6. Serve up and enjoy!
